Joe Montana was considered the best high scholl quarterback in the nation and accepted a scholarship to Notre Dame. He led the Fighting Irish to two national championships in 1977 and 1978 seasons. His last minute, come from behind victories earned him the nickname "The Come Back Kid". He was on his way to the pro career of his dreams. This ornament depicts the famous quarterback in the uniform of his college days.
