Just fill the top half with the nuts of your choice, set the grind option to coarse or fine, and crank away. The soft santoprene handle works for both lefties and righties. As the handle turns, the chopped nuts fall into the bottom unit, which is marked in increments of 1/4 cup to 1-1/3 cups for use in recipes or for diet control.

The chopper features sharp stainless-steel blades that work on either soft nuts, like peanuts and walnuts, or hard ones, like almonds. The top and bottom units are made of clear durable ABS plastic so you can see the contents.
