It's ideal for both slow- and fast-cooking, as the griddle heats gently and uniformly, allowing you to slowly warm your pancake batter or sear your beef cuts at high temperatures. It's also a great presentation piece, as the griddle features an elegantly arched handle that stays cool on the stovetop or in the oven (the griddle is oven-safe to 450 degrees F).
