This 4-quart saucepot is made of polished, heavy 18/10 stainless steel. The pot has an aluminum core clad in stainless steel to spread heat quickly and evenly. The bottom resists corrosion and discoloring. Durable rolled rims allow you to pour without dripping. Because the pot comes with a domed lid, it can be used to reheat foods without drying them out.
