Product Description
This small, lightweight pan is wonderful for creating omelets and crepes and for sautéing and frying vegetables and meats. The body of the pan is made of hard-anodized aluminum with an aluminum core for superior heat conductivity, while the shiny stainless-steel handle is shaped for easy gripping and pierced for hanging. Its nonstick interior makes it easy to cook without oil or fat, although adding a bit of oil or butter helps brown foods.
