Its 9-inch round cake pans are ideal for a child's first birthday cake or a beautifully decorated Sachertorte, while the muffin pan makes 12 muffins and features SilverStone nonstick coating, so each whole muffin comes out easily. The eponymous jelly-roll pan is wonderful for jelly-roll cakes and drop or bar cookies, and even works for candy such as peanut brittle. This set is wonderful for a new baker, as most items won't stick to the pans--thanks to the coating--but each piece is heavy and should be used only with rubber, wood, or plastic tools.
