on 2010-08-24I've used other closet organizers that were much more expensive and more difficult to install. This system is very easy to install & is very affordable. The system has many configuration options & is very easy to adjust as well.
I did all four bedrooms & am very pleased with the results.

on 2010-08-03I bought a new house that had blank closets. I liked that I could order two of the same product and customize my daughter's and my closet differently according to our needs. Our closets were an inch or two shy of 8 feet. The hardest part was finding the studs since I have thick plaster walls. There are studs on both edges of the closet. I had to drill a few holes to find the other stud. Once I found the first one that was not at the edge of the closet, the remaining two were 16" apart. What I did find weird is that the uprights (which need to go into studs or anchored-plaster anchors are not included, only drywall ones are) are supposed to be 22" apart. This means that they won't be hitting the studs without some adjustments. Overall, I am extremely happy with the way my closets turned out. I have even rearranged my daughter's closet once with ease. :-)

on 2010-07-24These shelves and hanging rods are fantastic. Not only are they easy to modify and arrange, but the system is just smart and sturdy. The shelf brackets have nifty locking clips to keep the shelves in place--even when they're overlapping (so you don't have to cut). Though it took some time to hang the uprights and get everything level, we easily installed them in our daughters' closets in just one morning. I'm hoping to get more for our other closets!

on 2010-01-18These have been pretty solid for me so far. I am concerned about having too much weight on the racks, and having to have used some plastic anchors in certain places. But then again, I don't intend on putting heavy-bins up anytime soon. It is a bit tricky marking out where to initially install the rails, but once they are all in place, it's easy to configure/reconfigure the closet setup. Just last night my fiance and I re-did things to make it more efficient for us. One 'quirk' I ran into, and maybe this is in the instructions and I just forgot, but it seems you can't install the racks at the *highest* level of the rail (the one notch-hole at the top won't seem to allow the rack to fit in...) Not a big deal though.
Anyway, I am a bit hesitant about the weight load, once my fiance puts all her clothes in. That would suck to have it come all crashing down :(
One piece of advice, and I guess this would make sense for installing anything that would carry a heavier weight load: don't depend *too* much on those wall anchors and try to find the STUD!
